About Our Founder & Principal - Robyn (Kaplan) Ginese
Robyn is a leadership facilitator, curriculum designer, and executive trainer, with a background in talent development, change management, and team effectiveness. She is both a corporate L&D professional as well as a higher education practitioner. Serving as the Global Head of Executive Leadership & Development for an international corporation, Robyn works to design curriculum and experiences that aim to strengthen the leadership pipeline. She also has over 15 years of experience within Higher Education for which she served four institutions in several capacities, most recently Rutgers University where she was the Director for Leadership, Experiential Learning & Career Readiness.
She designs and advances immersive learning environments with a strategic focus on transformative learning, confidence and community building, organizational renewal, and hands-on competency development.
Certified and fluent in several leadership styles’ inventories (StrengthsFinder, MBTI, DiSC Inventory, True Colors), Robyn has experience developing populations from youth to adult learners and college to corporate audiences. Known to infuse energy, cultivate confidence, and inspire action, Robyn brings any training or retreat to life with practical examples, relevant content, and interactive and thought-provoking delivery.
Robyn graduated with a Master's of Education from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree from Brandeis University where she double majored in Political Science and History and a concentration in Legal Studies.
